Ruben joined Pittsburgh Premier Veterinary Care in May of 2025, bringing warmth, dedication, and a deep love for animals to his role as a Client Service Representative. With a genuine passion for both pets and the people who love them, Ruben strives to make every client and patient feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

For Ruben, this work is more than just a job—it’s a way to give back to the animal-loving community he’s proud to be a part of. He takes pride in being a calm and reliable presence for clients, especially during stressful moments, and always aims to create a positive, supportive environment for everyone who visits the clinic.

Outside of work, Ruben’s heart belongs to his own pets—Max, a loyal and energetic companion, and Charlie, a lovable troublemaker with a big personality. Their bond is the driving force behind his dedication to excellent veterinary care and customer service. Whether it’s weekend adventures with Max or quiet time at home with Charlie, they remind him every day why he chose this path.

When he’s not at the clinic, Ruben enjoys spending quality time with his pets, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with fellow animal lovers. He feels incredibly lucky to be part of the Pittsburgh Premier team, where he can combine his love for animals with his passion for helping people.
